i think i saw one on GV with 3 dudes in it chasing sandbass. i have checked them out at Dicks b4. they do look like they would work well. please let us know how it works for you.

I have been paddling one for about a year now. It's a very dry ride because there are no scupper holes.
I paddle Lake Grapevine without any problems. It'll have to be very choppy before I get any water from the sides. No big deal. I'll just keep water in the wells and throw my sandbass there.
I've played with it in the pool trying to figure out how much water I can take before I can't paddle it anymore. You have to take several inches of water.
I've also practiced wet reentries and no issues there either.
It's a great kayak.
The only thing I don't like about it is the weight. It's heavy when you try to lift it over a Honda Pilot.
My first choice would have been a Redfish 12.
