1991 175 eve. Is this an easy job of just removing old seals
and installing new ones? or are there special tools needed?
Clymer's not too detailed. What are the steps. any help app.
ps, is this the most common way for water to get into lower unit?

It is no different than replaceing a wheel bearing seal.
