I have a 24v trolling motor, and was wondering what is the best way to charge the batteries? One at a time, or can I charge them both at one time with one charger, or do I need to charge them individually with two chargers?

I would buy a good quality 2 or 3 bank charger with at least 10 amps per bank. You can connect the 3rd bank to your starting battery. The charger can be mounted in your boat so all you have to do is plug in at the end of the day. The good ones won't overcharge your batteries. Take a look at Dualpro and Guest. Steer clear of the BPS XPS models. I've had couple of those and they will boil the water out of your batteries and you'll need to refill every few weeks.

Thanks Big Dad, After I made this post last night I got online and did some research and basically came up with the same thing you told me.
