Bad relay, Bad switch. Does the relay click when you push switch for down?

Just had a 150 Yamy doing this and found it was low on trim oil. This was when all up only. Part way up it worked fine. Check where wires connect for cowling trim switch. Other than that it will be a bad relay.

It seems to have plenty of fluid, what ever it is none of the three T&T switches will work. Before it was slow to tilt down it seemed like it took a second to kickin, now it wont go down completely.
