Only when I have to. Bass are prefferred HEAVILY over all others.

sometimes we'll take a break, and get under the bridges to get out of the sun,...chase a few crappie.

Sandies, hybrids and crappie. To many fish to limit my fishing time to one species.
You guys know everything..... I'm just an idiot....no problem........

i fish for crappie in the evenings....but i always take a pop r or shakey head down to the dock with me.

many people will prob say bass only. even the pros will tell you that they love to take a break from bass from time to time. fishing is fishing. look at some of the greats like hank, bill, jimmy, roland.

Oh ya, Bass will always be my love, but fish for all kinds. Can trotline with the best of them. If I did not fish for other species then how would I keep fish in my freezer?

I prefer LMB 100% of the time but I have two kids with me most of the time. To keep them interested we have to mix it up with catfish/ hybrids/ or whites it they are hitting the surface. Catfish are great to get and keep a kido hooked on fishing. Jug lines are awesome with kids on board. Plus you can eat all these other types with no guilt.  But when the kids are gone its LMB only.  Actually the oldest daughter has decided to fish tournaments with me this summer. Only problem is the wife still wants to as well.
