I was testing out my New MinnKota Terrove I-Pilot, fishing for crappie over a brush pile. Check out the video below. It kept me on top of a very productive BrushPile and I had 3 rods of 4 with fish on it. The Trolling motor kept me on top of the fish and the fish kept biting so well I never got back to making another video to review it. BTW, Can any of you tell me how to post it so the video shows up here? I have tried and tried to figure it out with no luck.

I fished the GrangerGang Crappie tourney this weekend in the 15mph wind an it kept me on the brushpiles to be able to win the tourney. Below is a video my son took of one of the small fish I caught before I threw it back.

I got mine installed Friday evening went to EM Sat had 20 MPH Winds it held us for about 4 hours on a ledge the bite was non stop we never moved we watched everyone else fighting the wind with anchors and trolling motors it seemed like it was almost cheating.

Yeah.... I almost felt that way on Saturday during the tourney, but I know at least one other guy (a Guide), My Mentor, Dave Biester who has one also. I did have one problem though, I had to disconnect the foot control and stow it as I would be on a brush pile and accidently hit it and float off the bp. Good thing it has that memory function!

I want one bad after the wind I had this morning. Can you get the wireless foot control along with the I-pilot? Not a deal breaker jsut wondering?
I read something like there was only one port on BPS's site. I would love to control it from the helm.

Yes you can if you have or get the Terrova model. I read that if you add a I-Pilot to the power drive models it disables the foot control.
