Little Problem Last Night..

Last night after crossing someone elses wake, the boat felt like it stripped/dropped a gear or something? The motor is running fine, but it's like it won't catch a gear and take off. Transmission? Gears? We had to idle all the way back to the dock. Sound familiar to anyone??

Sounds like you spun your propeller hub. Depending on what brand motor and prop it either has a Mercury replaceable kit hub or a solid rubber pressed in hub.
What you described is typical of a spun prop hub.
