Made my annual trip to Fork last week and it was great. Boated 65 over 4 days of fishing including two 5+, one 6+, one 8+, and one 9+ lbs bass. Had another one on that cut my fathers line right at the boat around a stump that was definately in the double digit range. Fishing was tough as we had to fight the wind nearly every day. The bass we were on were in the backs of the creeks or coves that were wind blown in 2-6' of water. Most fish were caught on watermelon red senkos during the day (black/red after dark), black/blue/purple jigs, white/chartruse chatterbaits, and watermelon red lizards rigged carolina style with short leaders. Some fish were moving into to bed and they were all catchable, but only in the 2.5 to 3.5 lbs range. All our bigger fish came in the deeper 5-6' of water off of timber at the mouths of the spawning areas.

I'm no expert on Lake Fork, this is just our current experience and maybe it might help someone struggling there this coming week.

Good luck and God Bless.

Glad to hear you all had a great trip. Sounds like the fish kept you busy while you were there. Congrats
