Went out for couple hrs in the afternoon got tired of sitting around watchin tv... Bite was a lil slow im sure that was due to the front that blew in and all the rain we have gotten that muddied up the water.. Saw plenty of feeding going on but mostly smaller fish chasing shad.

I decided to fish some brush piles cause most of the normal areas I fish have been getting beat up pretty hard lately...
5 fish total lost one that felt like a pig, my jig came through the brush pile, I set the hook drag started to peel dang near had the rod yanked out my hand... My buddy mark caught a nice 3 lbs too. I also caught another smallie!!

that's nice, we need to enjoy this lake for the next two months before the skiers start getting out thier wetsuits!
