 how do you make a wacky rig?

i know what i texas rig is and i think i get the general idea of a carolina but what is wacky?
if the saying "insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result" is true, then 99% of bass anglers are aparently insane.

Dude its my favorite rig. Really simple. It works just about everywhere in ponds. You can add weight but i just fish it weightless.
