Going out to Em this afternoon. Just started catfishing, got some chicken liver for bait. Anyone got a suggestion as to where I should try? Anyhelp would be appreciated.
Went today, no catfish, but a couple nice sandbass.

That is my problem on EM. I have caught a few small cats and some ok sized sand bass, but I never have been in a spot where they are biting often. Usually get 1 or 2 fish a day.

You might want to start using fresh cut shad. That is what we have had the best luck with.

No catfish. But four sandbass on little georges. Not a bad day for me. Got really cold towards the end, the wind picked up. Going out tomorrow to try to catfish again.

May be common knowledge to everyone else but what lake is EM? Still fairly new here and my fishing until recently has been limited to Lake Livingston and the Trinity and Lake Conroe.

May be common knowledge to everyone else but what lake is EM? Still fairly new here and my fishing until recently has been limited to Lake Livingston and the Trinity and Lake Conroe. I believe Eagle Mountain, North Tarrant County.
