So I broke down and decided I was going to try a Bucoo yesterday, I bought a 7' medhvy from BPS in Garland. I go to try it out today, on the water for less than 10 minutes and I get my first bite.... So I swing on this 2lb bass and my new Bucoo is now a 2 piece rod! Anyone else have any problems out of falcons? I tried to call falcon but they were closed. I'll give them a chance to make it right but I'm not paying a dime more... Any falcon pro staff on here? I've fished alot of different brands over the years and I have never broken a rod except for my own stupidity(slammed in a door, caught in fan). I bought a falcon based on all the good stuff I've heard over the years and I hope they make it right because I really liked it until it blew up... I'll be calling them bright and early tomorrow.

PM, me your info so I can get with you. I will personally check into it and see what can be done to make things right is needed.

Sorry about your experience but I can assure you it's just something with that rod, I have been using the BuCoo's for a while and haven't had a problem yet.

more than likely the rod was damaged before you got it. either in shipping or in the store.

BPS should replace it if you bought it less than 30 days ago. Directly from their website:

"Rods manufactured by other companies need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty after 30 days from date of invoice."

It ain't easy making it look easy.

The issue has been taken care of... My hat goes off to Casey for taking the issue into his own hands. He really went above and beyond, thanks again Casey!
