Seems as if my motor has less power than when I bought the boat. At time high speed barely moves the boat. 12/24 system, batteries are good and hold full charge. Blade rotates fast enough, but seems sluggish when I'm out. Any thoughts??? Thanks

You may not be getting 24v because of tripped breaker on one battery, 12-24 switch not working, line on trolling motor behind the prop, bad connection at trolling motor plug, or shear pin on prop.
