Don't laugh...well you can if you want cuz I don't blame you. I'm going to try threading on some of these sour straws onto a jig with a hollow body tube, just to see what happens. I mean, I think they taste good, and I have a fairly cultured palate, so who knows, maybe this is the next nibble to a crappie...don't worry I'm not holding my breath!

Always wanted to try that as well with Gummi worms. Not sure how durable they are, but just to see if I can catch one. Must find chart/white gummies now

I tried gummi worm type candy on jigheads once. The problem was they broke down in the water pretty quickly. It was also on a bad crappie spot. I didn't catch anything, but if it was a good spot, who knows. After having a few of them turn into a mess after 5 min, I gave up.
