Day 1 Update 12:23PM
Overall lots of fish being reported caught all over the lake.
Sean Hornke is reporting that Murray State is closing in on a 20 pound limit. Other teams catching fish in his area include Drury who has a small limit but is culling. That team currently has motor problems however which may impact thier abilty to complete the day. BoatUS Tow Boat is heading to assist and get them back started.
Jeff Kriet is reporting that NC State has close to 15 pounds on four fish. He also has said Univ of Texas at Arlington is reporting to be culling and has a very solid limit in the 12-13 pound range. Univ of North Texas is making a major move flipping shallow and has a good sack.
Kelly Jordon is reporting that some fish being still being caught on tire reefs and docks. Tarleton State is on board has Sam Houston has three fish for 11 pounds. Midwestern State is on board with three small keepers, Texas A&M Kingsville now has 2, Baylor has one but has said thier bites are coming later in the day

Brandon Dickenson and North Texas is currently in 2nd Place with 20+ pounds, plus it is Brandon's birthday today so he and his teammate had a great day. They stand a real good chance of taking this event if they can duplicate their efforts tomorrow!
