Earlier I felt like using this reel next time I go out and put it on my rod and went to cast in the back yard to get used to it again and it doesnt. I try to reel the slack line up and nothing. its like the reel locked up. Does anyone know a website that shows step by step how to open up and potentially fix this?
and I tried loosening the drag and all of that but nothing. It doesnt want to move at all.

Im a DIY type of person and want to avoid taking it to bps or cabelas if at all possible.

I tried to undo the screws too, to open up the case and it wont slide off so didnt want to mess anything up and put them back.

after figuring out how it worked I got it to start working.. but only if I tilt it to the right after "casting". Its like the gear that spins the spool inside doesnt engage or freely slides enough back and forth to make it so it wont engage when tilted left or straight up and down...

any ideas on how to fix this?

yeah, go buy some Academy H20's..I have a Revo S and a SX and neither is as good as my H20..
