I specialize in hand poured jigs in a variety of styles and sizes. My range is 1/100oz on a #12 up to a 1oz on a 4/0. If you are looking for a certain weight in a hard to find hook size, chances are good that I will have it. I.E.: Minnow head jigs. I have had quite a few requests for the 1/48oz on a #2 hook. I do make that size combination. Another popular size combo is a 1/8oz with a #4 hook.

I carry several different manufacturers hooks, but my primary one is Matzuo Sickle hooks. I have them in bronze and red in most sizes, and 2 sizes in gold. I carry a lot of these in stock b/c they can be extremely difficult to get a hold of at times. I also carry Matzuos regular Aberdeen been jig hooks, Mustad hooks, and several sizes in VMC hooks.

For weedless jigs, I use Eagle Claw hooks.

For saltwater jigs I use Eagle Claws Duratin type hooks.

The styles I currently offer are:

Round head (with a collar and barb), in 1/32oz up to 1oz.
Ball Head (NO collar or barb), 1/100oz up to 1/2oz.
Tube Jigs, in sizes 1/32 up to 3/8oz.
Horse Head Jigs, from a 1/48oz up to 1/4oz.
Double Collar Jigs (also called Gamakatsu Jigs), from 1/32oz up to 5/8oz

Also available in saltwater hooks
Darter Jigs in sizes 1/16oz up to 3/8oz.
Live Bait Jigs from 1/16oz up to 1/2oz.
Minnow Head Jigs from 1/48oz to 3/16oz.
Walleye Jigs from 1/16oz up to 1/2oz.
Aspirin Head Jigs in sizes 1/16oz up to 5/8oz.
Egg Head Jigs from 1/16oz up to 5/8oz.

For the bass fishermen, I have jigs in the following styles:

Weedless Flippin Jigs in 1/4oz, 3/8oz, and 1/2oz.
Weedless Sparkie Jigs in sizes 1/4oz, 3/8oz, and 1/2oz.
Weedless Football Jigs in 1/8oz, 1/4oz, and 3/8oz.
All weedless jigs are available with weedguard molded in or left out to be epoxied in later. This makes it easier to paint the jigs and also to tie material on if you intend to tie your own instead of just adding a skirt.
Banana Jigs that I can make with bronze hooks, in 1/4oz up to 1/2oz.
Shake-It Jigs with Screw-Loc in sizes 1/16oz, 1/8oz, 1/4oz, 5/16oz, and 3/8oz.

For the saltwater fishermen, I offer:

Banana Jigs in 1/8oz, 1/4oz, 3/8oz, and 1/2oz.
Sparkie Jigs in 1/16oz, 1/8oz, 3/16oz, 1/4oz, 3/8oz and 1/2oz.
The banana jigs have a lower profile in the water and will sink quickly. The sparkie jigs are quire similar to Hook-Up Lures jigs. I use both styles a lot for redfish, trout, snook, and tarpon.

Powder coating is available for all of my jigs. Pricing is $2 per 100 for 1 color, $4 per 100 for 2 colors. Cost for colors that have a glitter topcoat is $1 more per 100. Example would be Root Beer. It is brown with a clear overcoat that has gold glitter in it. If desiring a larger quantity, please contact me with how many you are looking for and what colors per quantity, and I will email back a quote. All powder coating is done 1 color at a time to ensure there is no contamination of other colors. All jigs that are powder coated are then baked in the oven per Pro-Tecs curing schedule. In most cases it is 350 for 20mins.

Please Note: I can make jigs pretty fast, but painting takes a while. I do all orders in the order in which they were paid for. I do my best to turn them around as quickly as possible, but at times it may be up to a week before I can finish and ship out the order.

Are the sickle hooks easy to pull straight if you get hung up?

Yup, the bend easily enough. I just like them because I get a better hook set with a wider gap....

This is Tommy with TCI, and Stucky76 has pretty much already answered the question about "Do the sickle hooks bend out?" But, I will expound on it a little (Hope I spelled that right).
The sickle hooks do tend to straighten out easier than a standard bend jig hook. I'm not sure why, but they do. Some people love that about them, and some hate it. Me personally, I feel as long as you have your drag set right it's not a problem if you hook into a large fish, but then if you get snagged just tighten it a hair more and pull and instead of snapping the line and losing a jig it will just bend the hook out. They can be a little hard to get back into the original sickle bend though, but after a few you will get used to it.

I've had some requests for some pics of my colors, so here ya go. Just click on the pic for a larger view. I have 3 or 4 more colors, but can't seem to find the pic for them, so I will have to re-take and post it later.
