has anyone had any success with topwater this year? i can not buy a good topwaer morning this year.

I had a little luck Saturday really early. I had some luck about 3 weeks ago during the last hour of the day as well.

Kinda hard for the fish to see the bait with 40+ mph wind. Went out for couple hours late Sunday and saw fish trying to school in Big Grape. Wind has been a real pain this year.

pain doesnt even desbribe it. it has been gruesome. i saw a school ideing through the no wake at the ramp last weekend.

Can't catch the big fish when it costs $125 a day round trip with boat gas to go to the lake from Lubbock is more like it!
