dose Hummingbird make a video on the 997c SI Combo that is for dummies or that will help you understand it more. I've read the book but still not up to snuff on it.

Just take the left side pic and rotate it a quarter turn to the left, and rotate the right pic a quarter turn to the right (they should be right-side up now), and it will be like you are looking up either side of the bottom/cove/cut
