I never waste them...Even the ones that I dont eat, go into my Mattor Garden....Or I use them for Flathead Bait...
Can we keep him as a pet ??

Most of ours go to bait, some int he garden, we have been tempted to eat one, but havent as of yet.

What has your buddy told you the meat taste like? I seen them for sale when I stayed in Shreveport.

buffalo ribs are fantastic....I have only eaten them a couple times but they are good.

I have grilled the Buffalo Ribs...Its great !!!! All white meat and the bones are big...They sell alot of Buffalo in other state...In some state it is called river chicken...
Can we keep him as a pet ??

carp fillet + fish shaped cookie cutter 2-5" = one heck of a utility bait...
i usually fillet one side for me then cookie cutter the other half. you wanna talk about a very natural looking swim bait with a real natural fish scent.... give it a shot.
