I'm headed to the Indy race this weekend with some co workers and thought about bringing my boat since we are staying close to Lake Grapevine. I really don't want to leave the boat in the hotel parking lot while we are at the race so I'm looking for a boat storage close by.
I'm hoping to find a place that will let me pay for just the weekend, but may even be willing to pay for a month depending on price. I called one of the marinas and they will only do a yearly contract.
Any ideas?
Thanks, Shawn

You might try calling Yates Corner Grocery 817-481-1083. There is a storage facility behind the store which I do believe they part own. They are located at 2190 E Dove Rd and Kimball, which is about 1 mile north off of Hwy 114.
Some folks mouths, flat out runs their minds.

If Yates does not work out for you, try Vineyards Campground on Lake Grapevine, you could rent a tent site for $22 a day just for the boat ramp.. The facility is secured at night and there is plenty of parking at the ramp. If you call them and tell them what you are doing they may cut the rate, doesn't hurt to ask. 888-329-8993 http://www.vineyardscampground.comGood Luck!
