Sitting in the boat this weekend and opened up my deep crankbaits. I thought I wish I could take back about 75% of them. Ya know I just don't throw a bunch of deep cranks..Why I have them, kinda like the rest of the [censored] I have. We need to start a theropy group session for our obbesion with buying [censored].

If you could take back anyone thing, what would it be?

Thanks,

prolly all my cranks besides 2 haha........I could start a tackle store with all my stuff Ive bought and I might only use a 1/4 of all of it.But the way I look at it is once you get rid of it, you will need it.

i would take back about half my plastics, 2/3rds of my cranks, 1/4 of my spinners, 1/2 my rattle traps, some of my topwaters etc.. etc..

BUT the first thing i take back will be what the other guy catches a 30# stringer on the next day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bang

so i guess I'll hold onto them, but im not buying anymore!!!! hammer silly me what am i thinking, the magic lure is out there some where, i just gotta find it!!!! loco

I would take back button eye minnows and helicopter lures if i hadnt already thrown the worthless things away!

A few years ago I decided to scale back on my tackle and lures.

I carry what I like to throw and what colors work best for me.

When I restock now, it just what I had before, I don't buy the "So Called" new thing on the block.

I don't own any swimbaits, No Big Spoons, No Chatterbaits.

About 2/3 of what I own. Have no idea why I buy all that stuff, just kinda creeps up on me.

I witnessed that last week at Academy. Lucky for me you bought all that stuff before I did, I have'nt caught a fish on those baits yet. I did another 'secret lure' to feed the bait monkey. laugh

I have five Falcon boxes I take and a plastic shoebox of soft plastics.

Terminal tackle, small cranks, large cranks, spinnerbaits and topwater. I tie on a small 4-6 ft diver, 6-8 ft diver, weightless trickworm, t-rig worm and craw and a c-rig.

I have a ton of stuff that I don't use...bought them to see if I like em and they quickly fall into the duh category. I sometimes find myself walking out of the store with a lure I know I won't use but must have it anyway. Addiction? Nah. I can quit anytime I want.

I don't "take back" i "give back" to kids and newcomers to fishing that I know. I keep a lot of the things I no longer have a use for in bags and boxes every time I scale down my tackle box, so I don't get a hernia, and give it away the next time I get the chance. Your junk is treasure to someone young or just getting started.

If I had to pick one thing to take back though it would be my Rago Real Trout swimbait, its pretty, but its no Hudd thats for sure lol.
