what brand of chatter/shakey blade brands do people prefer? I see where Bass Pro has quit handling Gambler swim blades and was wondering what people used instead. I have caught the biggest tourn. stringer of my life using this bait and now hard to find them any where (Gambler swim blade).

If I am not mistaken Gambler quite making the swim blade. The lost some kind of law suite from chatter bait.

The Booyah Boogie Bait in Cortez Shad is one of my go-to baits. The Booyah's chatterbaits are quality, and I really like the long leverage hook.

I would try Lure Buddy's shock wave jigs. They get a thumb from me.

Get the booyah take the blade off and throw it away.
Get a Chatterbait take the blade off put it the booyah and throw the rest of the chatterbait away.
Makes for an expensive lure.

I've caught a lot of fish on a 3/8 oz vertical eye jig mated with two split rings to one of the chatterbait type blades that I got from Barlows. I put a slight upward bend in tne blade. Only problem with these blades is that they are harder to bend than the rest.
