Ok fellas, how would a man find out where all the fishing spots such as Deadmans point, humps, gravel pits, hidden cove and twin trees are. Been taking my son fishing with some success at the cuts but not sure where these other spots are. Would be gratefull for any help. Also would like to take my son out with a guide on either Lewisville or RR for Crappie any suggestions.

I would second Cliff on Ray Roberts. He keeps the crappie in cages and has someone down there put them on your hooks for you!

Best map I've seen for Lewisville is the map by Lake Products. You can usually get them at Academy. They have the spots you mentioned marked on them. You can also order them online - just google it. For a guide on Lewisville, you'd be hard pressed to find better than Don the Angler or Boston Bob. They're not crappie guides, but they're both slammin' the whites and catching a few big hybrids lately. That would probably be more fun for your son than crappie. They're both easily reached through the forum here.
You are not a good or nice person.

The dot marking Little Elm Park seems to have it in the middle of the water. Some of the others on the main lake are probably worth a sonar look-see even if the names vary from the norm in some cases. Still a very interesting map even if it didn't have the spots.
He leadeth me beside still waters.
