So my boat wont start and was told to take out all six spark plugs and then plug one in and ground it to the motor to see if it would spark. well one bank or switch box was was not sparking. is the box my problem or is it something else? three sparkplugs on the right side did no fire.

Easy to change out. Took me about an hour on my Merc. Very painful to pay for.

If it's possible, swap power packs and re-test. That would narrow it down for you. Check all ground wires too.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

They are located on the starboard side of the motor about center. Rectangular in shape stacked on top of each other. If my experience holds true to your motor, the exterior (outside bank) control the starboard side of the motor. I suggest you do not do this over the water as I did. There are perhaps a dozen or more 3/8' nuts holding all the wires on the stud connectors. Doing it over the water is very stressful as one plink of a nut in the water and you will be off to the hardware store for another. Cost will be about $150+/-. Cheaper if you buy it on E-Bay if you can wait that long and know your part #.
