Spy cam shots....  FWIW, I'm guessing that the new green reels are going to be aluminum versions of the Core. Y'all's thoughts? TFP

I noticed that Tacklewarehouse has present curados & citicas on close-out...Cabelas has several Shimano reels on sale...Shimano is one of those companies that sets the price their product will be sold for, if they are on sale, shimano is behind it...so, looks like something is going on with them...I heard from a guy that works at acadamy that Abu' Revo has really hurt shimano sales this year...stay tuned gonna get interesting.

I wouldn't be surprised. I hope it's as affordable as the original green Curados. So many people loved them.
My 200 is like new but I don't use it anymore favoring my Calcutta 200 DC.

You can bet the farm Shimano's not sitting on their hands after the severe beating Abu put on Shimano this past eighteen months with their introduction of the Revo line of reels. I sure hope Shimano doesn't step on their deck by trying to introduce a 'new and improved' cheapened version of the past. At the end of the day, it's all about market share & margins (Made in Korea, China, Malaysia)!
