Does anyone know of a place to stay fairly close to the lake. i am going up memorial day weekend(I didnt check the calandar when I planned this) to prefish for a tournament the next week. I plan on staying Friday through Monday. My wife has decided that she would like to go with me as well as both kids. Is there anything in the area for her and the kids to do. I would prefer a place with swimming pool and somewhat nice. thanks for the help. This is my first time on Richland.

Corsicana is only minutes away from the lake, and there are lots of nice motels right on I 45 that might work for ya.

general statement- fish the feeder creeks. good aerial photos will show em. should be some veggies on the way in, and some stumps when you get into em. I dotn fish the lake- but thats where I would look, given the time I have had on the water the last couple weeks. a bass is a bass, is a bass.
