Taking some friends out on Sunday. Has anyone been out lately with all this dang wind. Catching any and at what depths?

They're everywhere!!! Just use your electronics to find spots... Then drop a minnow on 'em, rinse and repeat!

Are they still up shallow? I've caught spawners til May in Willis, but this year has been hit or miss.

Are they still up shallow? I've caught spawners til May in Willis, but this year has been hit or miss. Fish are everywhere. Caught fish shallow (1-2 ft), caught fish deeper (3-10 ft), caught'em even deeper (10-14 ft). Ready for the spawn to be over with. To much work searching for fish. DBwoman caught her first jig fish today on a Jigum Jig. 1 lb. 4.4 oz. Her second jig fish was 1 lb 2 oz. The 1-4.4 was her PB.

Good deal! Was there any chop on the water due to wind? Did anyone fish the main lake? Looking forward to seeing more fish on the carpet!
