Would anybody be interested in putting a tournament together. I have some scales if we could get enough teams to show up. June is usually an awesome month for Crappie out there.

I will be having one there in September, will be another new lake on my schdule for 2008. I sent you a PM.

got the PM. I'm gonna be there in Sept to fish yours, but would still like to get one together for June. That lake is awesome in early summer.

Heath if you ever need or want a partner to fish up there with you let me know. I would like to get familiar with Cypress Springs and Bob Sandlin.

will keep ya in mind Frogger. I bass fish mostly, but gotta keep the freezer full of crappie. lol

what are the crappie doing right now on cypress? are they on beds yet?

they should be done on the beds. that lake always seems warmer to me than others- a lot earlier. I am looking for postspawn fish this weekend.

If we can get at least 20 boats to commit we will put it on. Entry fee won't be much. spread the word.

good deal, I'll try and get some more interest around here. I think a crappie tournament would be a cool change of pace for some of us bass guys.

If you don't have it on the 7th, or the 28th, you might pick up a few more. I myself have never fished the lake. I will prolly be there in September with the BFC. I might beable to do it in june if it is scheduled around the other tourny's. I will keep watching your posts.
