that works too... as many as you guys got... gotta show my friend a fish he caught the other day (that's around 8 or so inches) is NOT a bass...
we fish saltwater and a friend of mine who has never fished a freshwater lake has a little joke that bass do not exist... that they're in a group with Big Foot, Lochness etc... so a friend of mine went out to another friends and fished in their large pond and caught what he told me over the phone was a bass, and that they were gunna take it to our friend's and stick it in his aquarium while he was at work... so thinking this whole time it was a bass, I saw it and just assumed that's what it was... can't be...it's some sort of perch but I haven't gotten a real good picture of it...
my friend named it Nessie... but now it's just Perch because we're sure that's what it is...

Sorry, I'd like to help you out, but all the bass I've caught up here in Colorado are double digits. (10-12")
