Someone posted his link to his new website a while back and was messing around on it and got in touch with him and his mom through e mail. The site is a good site its updated all the time and not the same ol stuff. Not only is he a good fisherman but they are really good people from the conversations i had with them. Also how many other big BASS pros would take the time to plug my march of dimes fund raiser on fork. He is going to plug the event for me live at the PAA event and they were kind enough to post a link to they tournament info on the front page of his website. I met Derek and his folks when he won at Amistad last year. They were in the room next to ours and all I can say is he is the real deal. Great family!

Thats great, its nice to have some young guys like myself, on the tour level, and being humble...i pray if God ever grants me an opportunity to fish at that level that I would display the same attitude. Im definately a Wolverine Fan!!!
