I pulled the bow eye aout a little. anyone know how to get it secured back in? Thx

What kind of boat? If you pulled out the hull, you need to do a little work. If the nuts are just loose on the inside of the hull, just tighten them up. If you have a typical bass boat, you just need to take off the front console and the nuts should be accessible from there.

It is a 1980 Terry that was a fish and ski. With the lake as full as it is I can not power the boat over the roller so had to get close then crank and it was still a bad angle .I heard a loud pop .It is still partially in the hull.I will look under and see what it looks like. Thx for your advice

It probably rusted. You might have to cut the old one off and replace with a new one. Make sure that you seal the bolt holes.

I tried to push it back in and tried to pull it out. No luck on either. I took a flasher off bow and can get to the inside where the eye bolt come thru.Not sure if i should take it out , measure and make some kind of backing plate. I assume the nuts are stuck in the fiberglass making it tough to move either way. THx for the help
