Searching for a few kayak friendly areas on roberts, considering Buck creek and launching from site on 377, any other sites to the north that are kayak friendly, have a set of wheels to cart them a short distance if necessary.

There is a nice slough just south, around the point from the ramp, in Jordan Park. I have never launched there myself but have seen some people launching little buster boats and such there in the past. That slough has always been productive for me and off the point just south of that is a good spot for schooling sand bass.

I don't have all the answers, but I'm a quick learner!

Sand Branch (take Kelso road), Pecan Creek (take 922, hardest of the three to put in at) and Walnut Creek (right of 372) are good ones to try.
