Well nothing great but did get a few nice big crappie for dinner. All caught on brush piles in about 15'. Also caught a bunch of little 6" crappie. Tried some shallow water but no luck. Waco crappie love Jigum Jigs too!! Will try again later this week.

Jigum Jigs also catch those dang LMB!!!

I am not sure. Today was the first day to fish Waco in a while. All the fish caught were females in 12 to 18'. They make might be shallow but I could not find them. The water temp is 62*.

If you had been using some rbadley's specials you would have caught more! HAHA

I'm hoping they are moving up to the shallows. I love finding them shallow this time of year. I'm thinking I'll be on Waco on Saturday morning giving it a try. I'll give a report if I do.

nice job jason

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach

caught a couple in about 10 ft of water in the middle bosque this afternoon. I was using a 16th oz. red and chartreuse tube jig. Not even one bite any shallower.
