Can anyone tell me where live bait can be purchased around Lake Buchanan? Mainly minnows? I see a couple of convenience stores but no mention on Google Map of bait.

Coming from Llano so was hoping for something closer to the dam darnit! Wonder about J and S Convenience stores might have it?

Coming from Llano so was hoping for something closer to the dam darnit! Wonder about J and S Convenience stores might have it? Longhorn Grocery Store off 29 just past the Inks Lake Bridge sells minnows.

Thanks BrandoA! I figured you would know! No problem. Also Llanorado Bait Shop in Kingsland sells minnows. You might call Los Cazadoeres in Buchanan and ask if they do. At one time they were considering it. Haven't been in there in a few months so I don't know first hand
