Guy that was filming it didn't offer no dam help either. I’m helping someone whose life is in danger, but this nut had other options, why risk your life to help salvage someone’s $80,000 boat that he obviously doesn’t care about. Mom will just buy him another. He just turned 20 at the end of Feb. His career winnings from professional bass fishing $353,990. He doesn't depend on his mom to buy him a boat. Bad choice of ramp, yes. Stayed out to long, yes. I'm glad the young man made it in safely. Check out his BASS bio page: https://www.bassmaster.com/angler/trey-mckinney/ He also has a article/interview in the latest month of BassMaster magazine, Mar/April issue.

Looks like a lot of the pros went out on Roberts yesterday and a few had a rough experience. It's on the social media. A bunch of beat up boats and gear? I haven't looked much on social media....

Today, Sunday, Trey is using the same ramp. Only pulled his rig half way into a parking spot, completely blocking the road with his trailer.

The last weigh in I watched. McKinney came to weigh in, and the only cheering I heard was from his mommy, who was going bonkers. That guy is never going to score if he doesn’t get off mommy’s milk.

Could have at least went over and backed his trailer in a little more instead of sitting there talking bout what he needed to do Probably wouldn’t have been much room on Tyler Williams lap

Mom will just buy him another. If you think your life is at risk helping him then him and his buddy's life is at risk. People make mistakes, he wasn't the only one on the water that day. Its the right thing to do No, the right thing to do was evaluate the situation better. Why would you help wrangle a 4000# pound boat in that situation. He wasn’t drowning. I know reading is hard.

I know one thing, if I was his uncle, I damn sure would ask him to give me some fishing lessons.
