OP hook-line&sinker TFF Guru H Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 10,229 Bryan, Texas	Sometimes recent history is no indication of future success.. This was one of those trips to the creek. Buddy Ray had caught dozens of whitebass the day before fishing where and how I did on this trip.. The weather was about the same except for the quickly advancing arctic cold front and the water level had dropped overnight nearly a foot in the upper part of the creek. Well it is February and I guess we should expect some really cold weather at some point but dang, it was in the 70's and now it's forecast to be in the teens with wind chill in the single digits.. And one week from now it will be near 80.. My expectations were high that I would find some whitebass since buddy Ray had found a bunch just the day before. It was not the case...
