Some friends of mine used to live in Waldenwood, east of Tomball. In the evenings we'd sit in the living room with drinks and enjoy a grand show being put on by the flying squirrels in the back yard. They were there pretty much every evening. One year they just disappeared, and never returned. We sure missed the little guys..

Looks like a Russian Blue. We had one for a number of years. Named him Tyrone the Avenger. His name is now Tyson.

Is that a flying squirrel ? sure looks like it with those big eyes. I've heard they make good pets.
My Step-son found two baby fox squirrels on one of his building jobs, Raised them from eyes-closed babies to full
grown. A male and female. The male took off for parts unknow as soon a it was left unattended outside,
The female is still around and very tame.

I have a gray one like that with a little patch of white on his chest. His name is Pewter nicknamed Pooter or Poot.

That's my pup Molli. Eats all kinds of bugs and [censored] when she's outside. Rescue pup, assume that's what she had to eat to stay alive.
