I am hearing the guy that died tried to go around the convoy and ended up underneath the trailer causing it to wreck. Don’t know if it’s true or not. That’s the rumor around here. Good pictures, Pretty sure I can see what’s going on now. There are no chains to the trailers at all, only to the shipping saddles. But it’s designed that way, the saddles are sitting on a swiveling platform so they can make a turn. Either the saddle slid off the platform or the platform itself broke loose from the trailer. I just got the scoop and your mostly wrong, To say it wasn't chained to trailer is laughable. The cradles have swivels mad into them. The bottom is chainto the truck, the top is chained to the tower. So the unit is chained to the trailer no one with any knowledge of trucking would think loads leave unsecured. The tower weights 350,000 by itself and the two trailer with turning axles on both trailer and the tow truck weight closer to 500,000 million pounds not 350,000 total. The total weight required two trucks because the weight was 500,000 not the 350,000 being stated. The weight is usually stated in GVW not just payload. Their was 6 vehicles around it for warning. their was at least two State Police cars and maybe more the rest were escort cars with lights as you see. The guy in the truck went around everyone illegally and got caught between guardrail and back trailer which stop back trailer and tore it up the push truck had to stop and tow truck didn't see it quick enough since he was looking forward in a close quarter area. The trailer was 18' wide so not much room even on a 4 lane road with him in the middle of the two lanes. The driver if he lives will be charged for the two deaths. Nothing the tow truck could do about this. The load was tied down per State regulation on a heavy haul load with this type of trailer and load. There has never been a legal way to haul anyload with a dang skyhook. Yes the load was tied down to the trailer by the cradle when the truck ran into the back trailer and stop it the 6 chains broke and the load was pulled apart and the tower hit the ground. nothing th drivers could do once he went around everyone and got caught between guard rail and back trailer. You just about burst a blood vessel saying the same thing I did, except you decided to throw a police report and a “skyhook?” In there lol. He's still bursting a blood vessel about you being right. Get over it dude.

So in summary, rj is correct….. did the police give a ticket to the driver for a unsecured load if they didn't then no rj is lying and has been from the begining. The police report stated when the load shifted if snap the chains. The chains snap because they were holding the load on the truck. Rj said this load was not chain to the trailer so there would have been no chains to snap. RJ is lying about no chains holding the load on to the trailer. That would be negligence and if so when the pople got killed with negligence involved there would be manslaughter or murder charges against the driver and escort people. This was not done because the load was properly chained down. RJ didn't show any of the chains that were holding the load on that the police said snapped when the load shift. I guess rj needs to contact the police and get them to correct the report to say there was no chains on the load holding it on the trailer that would be more accurate based off of rj BS how bout it rj show us the chains that snapped that were holding the load on that the police say were snapped when the load shift. Your fan club wants to see those pictures of no chains holding the load on. The lawyers for the people killed would also like to see those pictures proving the load was not chained to the trailer. LAMO The chains or binders on the lower part of the cradle which hold it on the trailer are not in any of your pictures. They snapped according to the police but they probably got that wrong to. LAMO we can all see the chains on the top holding the tower to the top of the cradle and the bottom we can't see which is what I said on about page two. The tower is cahin to the trailer ONCE AGAIN through the cradle. no one sends a tower out of there yard with no chains on the tower holding it to the trailer that is absolute ridiculous and if they let that happen its negligence and murder and everyone will get sued for negligence that allowed it to happen. including the shipper or manufacture you can get out of it by saying its the truckers fault on a 343,000 pound tower. LAMO so come on rj shows us a copy of the ticket for unsecured load on this wreck? that is your proof you are telling the truth, but you can't cause it didn't happen the way you said you just lied about all of this. come on show us the ticket

LMAO everything from pickup going around the escorts to the back trailer stopping and the load coming off and the chains snapping thanks for bring it back up to proof rj is lying.

He who has not spilled load may cast the first stone.
Let’s all move on…no need to further discuss another man’s loaded disaster.

So in summary, rj is correct….. 100 percent correct ok WAWI please get us a copy of the ticket for unsecured load since you want to say it was unsecured per rj I'll wait LMAO and my post was a long time before the police report came out. but hey I actually have driven a truck and have a connection to the trucking company involved in this wreck RJ knows if so show us the ticket becasue everything rj as said was debunked by the police report even the police report states the load was chain down and the chains snapped against the load shift so I guess accroding to your aggie schooling the police are lying about it being chained down and the chained snapped. yea right. So produce the ticket and I'll shut up show where the driver was arrested for manslaughter due to negligence for not securing the load, show anything that says rj knows jack squat. he posted a picture of a big round deal on a shop cradle as if that is what goes on a jeep. the jeeps this was sitting on does not have a turntable the swivel is made into the cradle for these loads and the one he showed in his picture was a shop cradle for moving around in a shop for building and painting purposes. so wawi if a 200 pound man came into your place and order 10 shots of whisky and got drunk where he couldn't walk then ordered anoud ten would you serve him. That would be negligence and if you did and he went out got into a car and drove and pass out ran over a mother and her kids you would be sued for negligence. I don't even have to ask if you would do that because the risk is to high for you to even risk doing that for a few bucks. The chances of a heavy haul truck driver not securing this load is like you giving a 200 pound man 50 shots of whiskey in a two hour period it didn't happen and the police report proofs it didn't happen. no company is going to put there company in that kind of jeopardy. I don't have to even ask if you would do that or even ask if a truck driver with more than one load of logging would take a 343,000 pound load out without it being tie to the trailer/truck. zero chance that rj is right none. he can prove me wrong with tickets and arrest reports of driver for negligent homicide, of two people. The police report states the chains snapped so it was chain down to trailer and there will not be criminal charges against the driver of the truck for unsecured load as rj as said. The police report is actually a big deal to protect the driver and company because has I had said a while back on about page two it was the fault of the person driving the pickup not a unsecured load. rj can't get pass the police report to prove his BS because it didn't happen the way he said. There is millions of dollars in truck trailer and load and there is no way the manufacturer the state police who came and looked at the permit and escort this load that no one noticed that it was a unsecured load to travel none rj is lying
