As far as I am aware, DWFC is the newest actual brick-and-mortar fly fishing specific store IN TEXAS? I think Danny Soltau's information is great, and as you can see he and his shop are very "fly-centric" in the merchandise he carries. That means a ton of fly tying materials, and a lot of feathers and fur flying on any given day.

I work down the rd from his shop. Danny is a good dude for sure! He always has good info to share and is willing to educate people like me who are learning. I picked up a renzetti traveler from him yesterday, way better price than amazon and he gives a free tying lesson. They also do tying nights once a month Mcneals Tavern, I'm goin start to try to show for those to learn to tie and have Guinness or 2.

Very good. I live a long way away, but may put on my auto armor and fight the traffic to get there for one of those McNeals events.

Cannot say enough good things about Danny and Delilah! The shop is always worth a visit with locals in constantly. I am up there usually every sunday! Let's tie some flies!
