Hey Everyone-

It's been awhile since I have posted, but mainly due to the fishing trips I have been so grateful to have booked with some really awesome people this summer. I have been going back and forth from Lake Lewisville but mainly Cedar Creek. For both lakes we start very early at 6:30am and fish until 10:30-11:30am. On Cedar Creek we have not been seeing any really good early morning bird activity but we are seeing alot of shad popping with fish schooling after them early in the mornings which provides for some great Hybrid and White Bass action early on in the day. Catches up to 24 inches have been happenning as well as several in the range of 19-23 inches. These 24 inch fish are weighing in at 7.5 lbs and the middle class ones are 4-6 lbs. That is some fun fishing and line dragging action. The great part of it is that 99.5% of the Hybrids have been released back! No Live Bait. Once we finish with the early morning action we pull out the trolling rods and troll with the famous Hellbender/Pet Spoon set up. It is amazing how many White Bass one person can catch using this technique! So...Now let's talk about Lake Lewisville. What a GEM. I have never seen a lake so consistent with hybrids and white bass chasing shad out of the water. It creates chaos in the boat and a fisherman's dream as this creates the best memories! Everything on Lake Lewisville has been caught with casting 1 oz spoons and using Bo Spinners and Hey Bud Lures.

I have a few dates availble in Sept and Oct. I am also looking ahead now for the BEST time for BIG Hybrids. Nov 15 til Mar 30. Book Now and get in on the Action!

Give me a call at 214-914-9566. Let's talk and then let's get out on the water and catch some fish!
