Hoping someone can share some knowledge about this issue. My original symptom was the trolling motor would turn on, turn left and right but the propeller wouldn't turn. I could increase it on my remote until it beeped that it was at full power, Looked online and diagnosed it's prob the mother board. Bought a new one and installed it. Whe I check power going into the mother board I get about 26V on my 24V system. When I put my negative lead to the far side of the mother board or the out going negative side I don't get any power. I assume there is a switch in the mother board turning on power and letting it flow through to the mother? The package seal was broken when I opened the box from trollingmotor.com. Could this be a bad "new" board or am I approaching this wrong?
I would appreciate your thoughts.

I really don't know, only that the motor needs to be deployed to power up...maybe the board isn't getting the motor deployed signal when you are testing it

Bronco Thank you for the thoughts. It is deployed because I can still make the motor turn with my remote, hit spot lock etc. Just the prop gets no power from the control board.

Sounds like you have a problem with the lower unit, not the control board.
