Totally gave up on trying to catch Largemouth on this lake and took to catching these. Im getting ok at finding the schools and have been catching limits almost every time so far. It's pretty been pretty fun!

Nice work , I was out Monday on Houston and caught two small large mouths on slabs off a point while catching Whites ,
We had a good morning catching and releasing a bunch of whites .

Big fish are awesome, but there's something about catching feisty whites two at a time on every cast that I just can't get enough of. Plus, depending on the lake you might hook up with a brute hybrid!
