I smoked one and wasn’t impressed. Muck prefer a crock pot with all the trimmings. Lots of folks like them smoked though.

I smoked one and wasn’t impressed. Muck prefer a crock pot with all the trimmings. Lots of folks like them smoked though. I’m the same after doing it both ways I prefer a crock pot or oven covered with foil. I use beef broth for liquid instead of water. Add a bag of small carrots, quartered yellow onion and lately some stalks of celery cut about 1/2” long. Makes a great meal that will last for a number of days!

Tastes liked smoaked roast. Much prefer the crockpot. Got one on today. Cook mine in coffee. Should have enough for roast and cheese sandwiches for a few days. Yum Yum.

I've smoked chuckle burnt ends once and they were great! Chuckies are probably the best thing to do with a chuck roast in the smoker.
