 Boat lanes chip help

I'm having trouble with my boatlanes llc lane chip installing on my hds 9 g2 touch. I have the fork/rayburn/toledo chip. When try to import Fork my unit gets 40% and powers off. The Rayburn part has hazards marked but no lanes. Toledo looks right...well I think it does. Any advice on correcting this? Also I couldn't find a support number to contact boatlanes.com.

How much space do you have left on your flash drive, and check the amount of deleted data still on the drive, Then you purge to get rid of it. you could be short on space. 1st thing to check on.

I believe I have enough memory. Also have trails/waypoints on. Though i dont see rayburn or toledo on the list. I just have trail numbers. Is possible that I need a software update? Or is it a corrupt chip? Does anybody know how get in touch with this company boarlanesllc by Lance Vick

Problem was resolved by updating the software on the unit. Thanks all for the help
