Say's they are investigating the incident and has promised to identify all suspects involved and prosecute them "to the fullest extent of the law." Sure hope so..

I don’t expect much to happen to the thugs. It’s California with lax law enforcement and lenient DA’s. I would guess the story will disappear from the news feeds in a few days.

If they were going to identify them they would not have blurred their faces out eliminating any chance of the public helping to identify them. Orange county made the statement, but it was the media that released the video and blurred it. Not sure why they blurred it, could be for legal reasons, and they also blurred out the victims.

if any of them (and I assume the majority were) are minors the news folks can't legally show the faces.
if the cops release the names then it is all bets off, depends on how the charges are filed.
