Goin out Tue. Taking friend & his sister. Plan on fishin timber in 20fow or more. Has Bite better/ quicker before 12noon or ? Would like to get off lake by 3, hope with some god uns. Any input much apprciated.

I don't think it matters. I caught a limit Thursday evening after work and Monday morning before the holiday crowd got going. You are looking in the right depth right now. Good luck!

Brightest, hottest part or the day is the best fishing this time of year. I never fish before 10, 3-6 is best. If it’s cloudy don’t even bother.

I’ve seen at least 500 fish come from guides on Lavon in the last week. I think it’s fishing good lol
