Was always skeptical if they really worked or not. Well this weekend one of my Helix’s took a direct hit from my partners missed hookset with a 1/4oz tungsten weight. Screen is fine to my surprise.

Man now that speaks volume. That was a hard hit too. That more than covers the cost of those. I know if I ever get to buy the big sonar units I want, I will foot the note for the glass covers now. They darn sure ain't that expensive. Thanks for sharing...

Worked.
I bought 3 and all broke during install.
Went with Precision Sonar!
