Recently bought a 2005 ranger z21 Comanche. Big motor starts and runs great, all the gauges work on the dash but I’m not getting any power to anything up front but the trolling motor, also not getting power to livewells, navigation lights, bilge pump. Breakers are good and everything looks to be plugged in under the dash good. Boat was gone through in October and everything was working then it’s been parked in a shop since. Any help would be great, thanks!

Look in the bilge area around the cranking battery, you may have a wire not on the battery. It would be right there with the other wires if it's off.

go thru all your grounds and make sure they are tight, battery first.
normal electrical problems are usually a bad ground.

Well this is starting to sound more and more about your electronics control unit. Now that your sure all is hooked up and everything. You can check to see if power is on both sides of each breaker. Then your left with your wiring and that control unit.
Rodents can chew the wiring and cause issues. That is usually easy enough to see evidence of that. The electronic module on some rigs, well that is an animal all it's own. I have seen rain and/or lake water get to portions of them. I have seen guys have a weak cranking battery nuke them also. Doesn't kill the entire unit, just certain circuits. Not much more to do from here on my end anyway. Wish I could help more...

Tried a few things last night and nothing. Changed out the main battery, rechecked voltage at the brain board, and checked all the pin connections. Still none of the accessories work and no power to front panel. Anybody have any suggestions?

Ok, let's back up here just a bit. When you said the breakers are good and you have power to the dash(box) let's call it, just how are you checking that? You using a test light or a VOM? Now the reason I ask is I have a Fluke 87 VOM and that thing is so sensitive that I have had it show battery voltage but there was no where enough amps to do anything, even the simplest of things, like your nav lights.
I prefer to use the old test light that actually does have a bulb in the handle, if that bulb lights up, you know it can carry enough amps to work. You just make sure the alligator clip is on a known good ground and start looking, then if all good clip it to a known good power source(B+) and start checking all the grounds.
There might just be voltage there but not enough for anything to work. I would start right at the cranking battery and work your way on both sides of any breakers or fuses and then flip and check all your grounds. I hope you have been using a VOM and if the case those can bite you if your not really watching close. If the case, go get you a simple coily corded test light and check things. Man you know it's something so simple and just finding it can be really irritating.

I have used both a meter and getting 13.2v, and the old fashioned test lamp. Changed out the touch keypad today (175$!) and nothing. Going to now try to find a new brain board and replace that.

Dang, you have covered everything I can think of. The very reason me personally don't care for the electronic dash boards. You can loose one circuit in it or all of it at once, you still have to r&r the whole board. Sorry I could help you.
