Down 66# as of this morning. That’s impressive. I spent the weekend buying new slacks & jeans now that I’m a 34 waist. I also made the decision that I’m at my target weight os 175 and l’m not going lower.

Bob, I put on my scrubs yesterday for the first time in 7 months (had to do an assessment at a hospital the last time I put them on) I looked homeless. Seriously I was swimming in those things and dang near couldn't keep the pants up. I have to buy some more, I guess. I'm now down 112.2 pounds. Almost back to a 34 waist. I am in a 36, but could probably be in a 35 if I found a pair, but most stores seem to only do even numbers on the waist nowadays...except for Levi's and another part of my anatomy causes a problem when I wear those, which is why I don't wear those.

Down 117.0 pounds as of Sunday morning...I'm now at the lowest weight, with the smallest waist, that I've been at since late 1995...when I was 20. 31 pounds left to evict! It's weird that large shorts and joggers are too big for me now...
